'Might want to consider setting a rule about signature size in terms of lines or pixels. I'm sure no one still uses dial-up or 15" CRTs, but signatures can get out of hand sometimes. A simple guideline can be established unless circumstances call for a strict policy regarding signatures. Let's hope it doesn't come to something like that.

That sounds like a pretty decent limit. Maybe set it as a guideline and see how everyone thinks of it. I don't think anyone's going to complain that 700x200 is too big, but it might be too small for some people. But we'll see, I guess.

Sig's are taking up like half a page. Can we make them half the size they are now? Or just keep them small and simple for example:
