OFFICIAL - Spotted Rules and Regulations

- When posting pictures of locals (and preferably, of non locals too) EDIT OUT THE LICENSE PLATE. I cannot stress this enough. People want their privacy.
- Pictures are always good. Not required obviously, but their good. Makes no sense to make a "ZOMGWTFBBQ SUPER HAWT AZN CH1CK SP0TTED AT RICHMUND CENTUR" thread and not include pictures. Pretend you're on the phone, walk by, snap a picture. WHATEVER IT TAKES!
- No flaming (exception of Hall of Shame). Keep it clean in here. If you don't like a members car, throw it in Hall of Shame and flame away. Or even take it to Fight Club. But nothing in the spotted threads
- Lastly, keep it fun. Spotted is meant to be fun. If you see a really ugly car, or a really sexy car, throw it up. Hot girl, throw it up. For all members eyes though, no ugly girls. Nobody wants to taste their breakfast all over again
