okay I've been thinking...

- Stickers = Going Big
- Going big = Better forum hosting.
- Better forum hosting = vBulletin
- vBulletin = New Domain/Money
- New Domain = New Name
- Money = Donations
- Donations = Moderators/Good Forum.
- Moderators = Rules/Restrictions
- Good Forum = Sponsors!
- Sponsors! = BIG FORUM!


For the new name part. we as a group now can decide
and sumthing we could shorten down like Revscene = RS
as for my suggestions, either PhaseOne.net(P1) or PhaseOneRacing.net(P1R)

that's all i have to say simple as that.

I think going big is most likely a goal we're aiming for ain't we?
so Donations i think is a must, and only way to become mod.

as for the name. I agree with KT. but Phase One Racing does Sounds Awsome.
unless you don't mind it being similar to T1R... maybe could get some T1R Sponsors lol!

Well the P1R can be decided still, what i want to know is if the things i mentioned are fine with you people.

so Phase One Racing is best of my choice so far.

How bout N.A.Racing if we mainly a North American based community.......

Otherwise how bout someone come up with an object.....

I would prefer to be more of a West Coast based community, mainly focused on Imports, and hopefully be a close enough network where most people can actually know each other.....

Like it would be nice to be a World Wide organization but frankly we have no connection to people outside of 604 area.....
Maybe Hong Kong...... But that's about it..... And their interests differ from ours completely.....

What we need in order to become a bigger community is to advertise more, like I think each of us has 100s of friends that aren't even in this forum yet....
If each of us can even get 50 of them to join us, we already have a community right there.......
Stickers can get our names more well known so its definitely a good idea.....

Back when I was in highskool and working on weekends at a Car Accessories store, a guy that knew my boss came n told me about his plan of opening a forum n community called revscene....
Back then I didn't have a car didn't have internet, so I had no idea what the hell it was......
But after meeting local arcade gamers like Darthchilli n Kodamu, that's when I finally joined revscene

I think starting off as a separate and different community we'll hafta be very different...... Otherwise, why should a new guy post in such a small community as opposed to a bigger community like RS???

How bout a name like Type S Racing

Since most sports cars we have here in North America are a lil bit less Racey and we really dun have any actual totally track racing cars anyways....
So we are more Sporty n less Racey.....

And another thing is we aren't really focused on Hardcore Racing cars that get flat-bedded to the track anyways?

So yah..... TSR sounds nice?

We can have monthly meets if we were a smaller community and we could also hold some pretty fun events like a Cruise or Dinner,
Or like afternoon/lunch Parking Lot meets to have fun group photoshoots of our rides etc...

N yah, since we will probably neva be able to catch up wid all the crazy hardcore tuning performance gutted sports cars the Japanese have, why can't we go the route where we have more fully loaded sporty and close to VIP like rides that those guys back in Asia wish they had?
Like even the Japanese wanna exclusively separate their Acura Brand cars back into Japan.....
They'd wish to have a more ballin garage or cars that we have, in the 604 area......

Or another thought, we could be a more Touge focused theme than just street racing ricers......?
So how about,

Touge Sports Racing or maybe just TS, Touge Sports!
Our S could be drawn like a Road with curves?

well I believe that making it world wide is pretty hard to get but like you said we can start by aiming for the west coast area.

yes I totally agree with this point, we've all been holding back and not really inviting people from the our network to this forum but only people we know that we chill with all the time. Then wouldn't this be pointless?
Other thing about stickers, yes i does promote, but is there a way to insure me that more people are gunna join?

i dislike stickers. but i like my revolution sticker... if its red/white/black i'd consider it haha.
