Add a section for members to share their rides. Car diary threads only.

We kinda have this in the automotive forums with the "what do you drive" threads.

As a "member's journal" sub section maybe. It sounds like a good idea, but I don't have picsof my whole build...

we'll i know there's a phpbb garage thingy we can install but the only problem is i dunno how i can do so... if anyone can do it then please let me know``
